  1. What personal data do we process and why?

When you visit wioga.dk, we collect information about your IP address, browser type, operating system and information about which devices you use.

This is for the purpose of optimizing the design and experience when you visit wioga.dk. We also use this information to target relevant marketing to you on Google, Facebook and Instagram.

When you order goods from us, we collect the following information about you: name, address (billing and payment address, if different), email address, telephone number, payment method, purchase history and delivery information.

We collect this personal information for order processing purposes in order to deliver the goods to you and it is treated confidentially in accordance with personal data legislation.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will collect your email address so that we can send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, using the link at the bottom of the email. You can expect to receive our newsletter twice a month. During periods of offers, sales and the like, more than twice may be sent. We aim to limit our emails so that you do not receive too many.

  1. Storage of personal data

Information about you as a customer is generally stored for as long as you are a customer with us and for a maximum of five years after the customer relationship has ended.

Information about your payment transactions with us is stored for five years plus the current year in accordance with the requirements of the Danish Accounting Act.

Information about you as a recipient of our newsletter is stored for as long as you wish to receive material from us and for up to six months after we have not sent out newsletters or you have revoked your consent.

However, your payment information, which you provide in order to pay for your order, is also available to Nets. This is necessary for your payment to be processed. When you enter into an agreement with us to purchase goods and therefore provide your payment information, you also agree that your payment information will be passed on to Nets in order for your payment to be processed. If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, telephone number and email address will be provided to our shipping company, currently GLS, for the purpose of delivering your purchases.

  1. Data processors

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we use external suppliers who are data processors and all GDPR compliant. These external suppliers process personal data in certain cases and on our instructions, in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors. We only share information with the aim of optimizing and targeting the user experience.

We disclose and transfer your personal data to the following data processors within the EU: GLS, mobilepay bambora and epay.

We transfer and entrust your personal data to the following data processors outside the EU. These are Shopify, Google, Facebook and omnisend which are located in the USA and Canada. The transfer of information between these countries is ensured through the necessary data processor certifications under the EU-US.

Description of the role of data processors

When you place an order on wioga.dk, we pass on your information to GLS in order to deliver the goods to you.

We cooperate with bambora / epay and mobilepay, which are our payment providers, and therefore pass on your information to them so that they can pay for the goods. In this connection, we pass on information such as order number, name, address and payment information.

We use omnisend to administer and send newsletters to you. This service is voluntary and can be unsubscribed at any time.
