WiOGA offers a 30-day return policy from the day you receive the item. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received.

We exchange Christmas gifts until January 31, 2025 that were purchased from November 1.

We all exchange gifts 14 days after the gift is given.

The item will only be exchanged if the item is unused. This ensures that you as a customer always receive an item that is unused.

Please attach the order confirmation that you received by email or a note with the order number.

It is the buyer's responsibility and expense to return an item. All products returned to WiOGA must be properly packaged.

WiOGA recommends that the item is returned via GLS and that the item is sent as parcel post. This way, it is possible to track the package in the GLS system and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to WiOGA. Furthermore, the customer has the option of being able to request the package if delivery has not taken place.

Please note: we do not accept returns sent to a parcel box. All returns must be sent directly to our address, otherwise a shipping cost will be deducted from the price of the returned goods.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive your package or not picking it up. An additional shipping fee will be charged. This shipping fee will be deducted from the price of the returned goods.

If you want to exchange an item for another, you must return the item and place a new order via the webshop. When we receive the returned item, the money will be transferred to your account. This ensures that the desired item is not sold out in the meantime.

Important: Remember to attach the delivery note.
