Terms of Trade
ORDERING: When you have found the items you wish to purchase and added them to your cart, you will need to fill in your personal information and credit card details. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions and completed the payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to make errors and for items to be out of stock.
DISCOUNTS AND GIFT CARDS: Discounts cannot be combined, and only one code can be used.
It is not possible to combine or use gift cards and discount codes on the same order.
Discount codes must be entered in the discount code field and activated by clicking "apply." Make sure to check that the discount is deducted in the cart, as it cannot be added afterward.
If the code is not entered correctly or not added during checkout, it cannot be used retroactively or added to an existing order.
As long as the discount code is valid, it can be saved and used on a new order.
GIFTS FROM WIOGA WITH PURCHASE: We regularly run campaigns where you receive a gift with your purchase if you spend a certain amount. Should you choose to return your order, and your purchase no longer meets the gift threshold, the gift must also be returned; otherwise, the gift's value will be deducted from your refund.
PRICES All prices include 25% VAT and are in Danish kroner.
All prices are current prices and are updated regularly.
We reserve the right to make errors and for items to be out of stock. During sales periods, no contact will be made with the customer, and a partial order will be sent if an item is out of stock.
PAYMENT Accepted payment methods are Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro. Your payment will only be charged when the item has been shipped from our warehouse. The amount charged will never exceed the approved amount.
There are no fees for paying with a credit card. Data is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and sent securely to PBS.
DELIVERY Free shipping on orders over 299 DKK within Denmark.
WiOGA strives to ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following day.
During sales and holiday periods, longer delivery times may be expected.
Private shipments are sent via GLS.
WiOGA is not liable for delays by GLS.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURNING GOODS WiOGA offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive the item. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received.
We exchange Christmas gifts until January 31, 2024.
We exchange all confirmation gifts within 14 days of the gift being given.
Items will only be exchanged if they are unused. This ensures that you, as a customer, always receive an unused item.
Please enclose the order confirmation received by email or a note with the order number.
It is the buyer's responsibility and cost to return an item. All products returned to WiOGA must be properly packaged.
WiOGA recommends returning items via GLS and sending them as parcel post. This way, the package can be tracked within the GLS system, eliminating any doubt about whether the item has been delivered to WiOGA. Furthermore, the customer has the option to trace the package if delivery has not taken place.
Note: We do not accept returns sent to a parcel locker. All returns must be sent directly to our address; otherwise, a shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
You cannot withdraw from your purchase simply by refusing to accept your package or by failing to pick it up. An additional shipping cost will be charged. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you wish to exchange an item for another, you must return the item and place a new order through the webshop. When we receive the returned item, the money will be refunded to your account. This ensures that the desired item is not sold out in the meantime.
Important: Remember to enclose the delivery note.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN There is a 2-year warranty on products purchased from WiOGA.
The warranty does not cover improper handling or gross misuse.
Items returned as cash on delivery or without postage will be refused by WiOGA.

SECURITY To shop via the webshop, you must register with the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address. Personal data is used solely in connection with an order. WiOGA handles all personal data 100% confidentially and in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties.
Credit card information is sent encrypted to PBS via an SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). You can check whether you are sending from a secure site by looking for a padlock icon at the bottom of your browser.
