I found inspiration in grief; New jewelry collection from WiOGA

I am very excited to present WiOGA's new jewelry collection, called "Angel".

The name of the jewelry collection has its own meaning: I got the inspiration from the spiritual world, which I have come to know within the last year.

After I became a widow 3 years ago and was left alone with my two young children, I fell into depression and developed anxiety at the same time. When I think back to that time, I remember how difficult and how much of a struggle it was to get through everyday life. I felt terribly lonely while also having to deal with the grief of my two young children.

I often considered contacting a clairvoyant, so that maybe through that means I could get in touch with my deceased husband. It was not something I had previously become acquainted with, and at the same time I had a little difficulty believing that it could be possible, but I felt as if someone was watching over us. So the thought occurred to me that it might be my husband.

I decided to contact a clairvoyant and in April 2017 I got an appointment with Jette Lilholm from Hørsholm, which turned out to be exactly the right thing for me. After I had been with Jette for a while, she said that she had made contact with a young man. She told me that the young man had difficulty swallowing and had pain in one of his shoulders. I sat with wide eyes and didn't quite know what to feel, but at the same time I had no doubt who it was that Jette had made contact with. My late husband had difficulty swallowing due to a cancerous tumor he had in his stomach and up the esophagus, and he also had a lot of pain in one shoulder because the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes and one lung. Jette told me different things that he said about himself and about things that had happened after his death. Things that she could not possibly know, which was both a frightening experience and also incredibly affirming for me.

I told Jette that I was starting my own jewelry company WiOGA, a name made up of our children Willads and Augusta. He knew that, she said. He was there to look after us and through Jette he assured me that everything would be fine and that I should take it easy. Meeting Jette and contacting my late husband gave me the clarity I needed and an incredible peace inside.

Something magical happened on May 1, 2017, on my birthday. An order came in at about 2:00 a.m. and it continued all day. The orders just kept coming. One after the other, which they have pretty much been doing ever since. So it's going well and I'm trying to take it easy, just like he told me to do. Whether it's my husband who had a hand in it, I don't know, but I smile about it and think it was his birthday present to me.

Getting in touch with my late husband has been a definite turning point for me. I now know that he is doing well and after meeting Jette, I am convinced that there is more between heaven and earth.

Subsequently, I have been healed with crystals and stones, as well as the immersion in designing jewelry, it has given me even greater energy, and I have much more energy for my children and myself. My story has given me inspiration for my new collection, where I have designed a necklace with different stones and crystals that provide different strengths and healing. For example, rose quartz is known to give love, peace and harmony, and it is a stone that teaches us forgiveness. It strengthens the power of love in your life, and promotes harmony and balance. It promotes love around you and within you, and at the same time it stimulates security, trust and calm vibrations. Therefore, it can have a calming effect.

Stories and myths about stones and crystals can be traced back to ancient times. Each of the countless stones and crystals was given certain properties due to their colors and peaceful frequency. Likewise, many of the crystals were used as gemstones to symbolize power and position. It is said that when you wear a crystal on your body, the crystal's frequency enters and synchronizes with the body, bringing it back into balance. I know I have a protective angel and hence the name for my new jewelry collection "Angel".
