Once you find the articles you wish to buy, place them in your shopping basket and fill in your personal information and credit card information. An automatic confirmation of order will be sent to you by e-mail, once you have accepted the standard terms of business and completed the payment.

The possible methods of payment include debit card, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. Your payment won’t be drawn until your order has been sent, and a bigger amount, than the approved, can never be drawn. No fees are charged when paying with payment cards. Data is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and safely transferred to PBS.

Items on sale is sent with the usual delivery charges at 2-7 weekdays.

WiOGA strives to send out all orders completed before 14.00 (2 PM) the same day. 
Orders completed after 14.00 (2 PM) will be dispatched the following day.
As for sale and vacation periods, a longer delivery time can be expected.

Private shipments are delivered with Post Danmark.
WiOGA is not responsible for any delays at Post Danmark. 


WiOGA offers 14 days return, counting from the day you receive your package. The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. 
(As for Christmas presents, the right of return is 14 days, counting from the 24th of December).

The items you wish to return, can only be exchanged if unused - this guarantees our customers to always receive items that are completely new.

Please attach the confirmation of order that was sent to you by e-mail, or a note with the ordering number with the package you’re returning.

It’s the customer's own responsibility to return a package - all products returned to WiOGA must to be securely wrapped up.

WiOGA recommends that the package is returned with Post Danmark as “parcel post.” 
By doing so, the package can be traced in Post Danmark’s system and will remove any doubts to whether the package has been distributed to WiOGA. Additionally, the customer has the opportunity to trace the package, in case the distribution fails.

Please note: We do not receive packages delivered to a “pakkeboks”. All returned goods must be sent directly to our address and in case they are not, a freight charge will be deducted in the price from the returned goods.

You can’t cancel your order by denying receiving your package or not picking it up. WiOGA will be imposed with an additional freight charge - this freight charge will be deducted in the price from the returned goods.

In case you wish to exchange your article to a different one, return the article and place a new order on the website. When we receive the returned article, the money will be transferred back to your account - this ensures that the items, you want to exchange to, aren’t sold out in the meantime.

Important: Remember to place the original receipt in your package.

WiOGA offers 2 years of guarantee on products purchased from our website.

Should your item from WiOGA, contrary to expectations, break or come to pieces, WiOGA will repair it free of charge, if the original receipt is attached.

The guarantee doesn’t cover wrong handling or rough misuse of the items.

Articles that’s returned by additional claim or sent without postage will be denied received by WiOGA. Before you return your package, please contact our customer service to get a return number:
